Come and support the Cheam Scream, in Cheam Village on Friday 27th October, between 3pm and 5pm.
The Cheam Scream is a fun halloween trail around Cheam Village visiting the shops and business of Cheam looking for treats and sweets. Please come dressed in your best, spookiest outfits! There will be story times, cake decorating, making things, photos, colouring, tattoos, and more! Something for the kids to enjoy!
The money raised from the Cheam Scream, will be spent on something in Cheam Park, which is for the benefit of all Cheams children…we shall have to wait and see what it is!
You can only take place, if you have a wrist band. You can buy bags and wristbands from Tasha’s Tearoom or Cheam Park Cafe for £2.
Just a reminder that it’s New Books Coffee Morning at Cheam Library tomorrow, Wednesday 23rd September, from 10.30am to 11.30am. Refreshments 50p.
Come and discuss the latest fiction and non-fiction releases over coffee and a biscuit or two!
Visitors to the library will have noticed that the front doors are not operational at present. The doors are jammed closed and the Library is awaiting a replacement part if it can be found. Visitors are being directed to emergency doors at the front of the library to enter and exit the site.
We are not sure how long this situation will last and, mindful of the length of time it took to repair the stair lift, the Friends group has raised this with Head of Sutton’s library services.
