Ah, September already!  This is a quick newsletter to remind you about a few events at Cheam Library including New Books Coffee morning this week - see details below.  And also we begin the Imagine Arts Festival Sutton with some interesting events including imagine your own Utopian Sutton! You can view the calendar posterview here.

And, the Library will be closed on the morning of Thursday 15th September and will open at 1.30pm.  This is for ALL libraries in Sutton to facilitate staff training.

It’s New Books Coffee Morning at Cheam Library on  Wednesday 14th September 2016, from 10.30am to 11.30am.  Refreshments 50p. Come and discuss the latest fiction and non-fiction releases over coffee and a biscuit or two!

Utopian Sutton in a Box - Art Workshop at Cheam Library

Sci-fi themed craft workshop for adults aged 50+. 2 sessions: 12.30pm - 2.30pm or 3pm - 5pm. Some of H.G. Wells' novels portrayed an ideal utopian world.  During this SCI-FI themed workshop, create you own miniature "Utopian Sutton" in a box using collage and paint. Free tickets - FREE TICKETS

Reminder - Cheam Library Closed for morning on Thursday 15th

Just to remind library users that Cheam Library - and all Sutton Libraries - will be closed on the morning of Thursday 15th September for staff training. All libraries will open again at 1.30pm on that day.
